Role-playing Games Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for gamemasters and players of tabletop, paper-and-pencil role-playing games. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I've come across many references of them making a PDF of their resource guide/rule book available for free prior to the company going out of business. I've been searching all over the net, and only seem to be able to find copies of the new Green Ronin book.

If anyone could provide a link to get the Guardians of Order pdf edition, preferably the Deluxe edition but either would be awesome, it would be HUGELY appreciated.

not sure why someone gave this a negative vote. i'm requesting an out of print book, publish by a company that went out of business, with a pdf file of the book being offered for free prior to their closing the doors. my apologies if i missed something in the rules related to this question. – Nick Torment Jan 29 '12 at 1:32
The rights to Guardians of Order's work reverted to various license holders, the original authors, or assorted other game companies when the company dissolved. If it was ever available for free legally, it isn't now. – Jadasc Jan 29 '12 at 1:34
@Jadasc: Wouldn't your comment make a good answer to the question? – Stephen Jan 29 '12 at 17:22

@Stephen: Doing so would require reopening the question, and I'm strong enough in my conviction that this is the kind of request that shouldn't be placed on RPG.SE that I'm loath to see that happen. The question is, "Will anyone give me a free copy of this game?"; I believe that the answer is, "Maybe, but they probably shouldn't, and this isn't the place to ask," which is beyond the scope of the site. – Jadasc Jan 29 '12 at 17:34

@NickTorment - clearly folks are assuming you're just looking for illegal downloads. Probably if you provided some of the references about GoO stuff being placed up for free in your Q it would help. – mxyzplk Jan 30 '12 at 2:42
