I am looking for some RPGs that have the same free form feel of games like AD&D (1st ed) and gamma world. I'm hoping for something that us fantasy or sci-fi. Also I'd like something not too expensive, like $40 max. It can be old school or new, just so long as it still feels oldschool

Hey Aang. You may not know this, but there are many, many games that fit these very loose qualifications. You will need to be a lot more specific about what you want. There are 20+ old school D&D clones, Gamnma World retroclones, and hundreds of RPGs people will claim are "old school." Please narrow down so we can reopen. – mxyzplk♦ Jul 21 '12 at 17:44
