Are there rules for making Class specific Custom Powers? It can work on any target unless it's immune to being knocked unconscious. It's not all that powerful, though. You're not going to kill an appropriate level solo in one round. As a reasonably-well-optimized striker, my experience is that this combo might deal a maximum of 30% of the total hp of a same-level solo. It's strong, but it's also expensive - it costs you a daily power and an action point. |

How do I read a 4-sided die? This confused me too when I was first introduced to RPGs. As a rule of thumb, 1dX means the result of the roll (before modifiers) will be between 1 and X. There are no (typical) dice that require you to do anything mathy, just read the result. |

Paragon tier wizards 'rocket jumping'? Keep in mind that this can only be done with close blasts, not close bursts. Unless a power description notes otherwise, a close burst you create does not affect you. |
