This is more helpful but depends on your group; maybe they'll handle themselves fine (albeit in a borderline-autistic way) around her. Do you really think they won't? If so, express your concerns about how they won't so people can respond. This could actually be a good question perhaps.

She already is engaged; she enjoyed playing with y'all enough to come back next time, didn't she? / "but am looking for things I can do to make her enjoy herself more at the table" She already is enjoying herself, isn't she? / "any advice on changes I might make to the game (more social encounters for example, she appears to be an 'actor')" That's a question about actor players, not girls.

For instance: Wisdom also includes compassion and environmental awareness, hence Wisdom being used for perception (spot, listen) and insight (sense motive). The same may be true for the other attributes you're grappling with: you may not have the full picture.

You're assuming her sex means there's problems: that's a problem, and singling her out because she's a girl is more likely to make her feel like she doesn't fit in than anything else. The question mxyzplk contains very relevant answers. Read this one by a girl gamer, in which she says it's ok to treat her like "one of the guys". But also read this one and/or all the others giving advice on how to not be a jerk.

The second is unclear; the first is already answered in plain text in books: a simple search on the D&D 4e Compendium will reveal there is already a Hybrid Assassin class (DDI) described in Dragon Magazine 385.

Has she actually shown signs of not fitting in well, or said she isn't? She's a girl, but she's not from an alien planet. She's a person playing with other people. Can you invite her in like any new player? Does her sex really warrant extra measures?

There doesn't appear to be any statements like what you're describing.
