“Punishing” characters for stupid actions @Izkata: correct, except maybe it sounds more likely 20% every 5 minutes ^^ |

Creating a group plot arc in Changeling: The Lost Actually (nothing personal, really), it's, like, the most cliché plot of all the RPGs. I wouldn't be enthusiastic about it. It's not bad per-se, but it's so overused pretty much every-fucking-where I'd keep it as a last resort, and I'd be hesitant even in that case. |

How can I play dumb? You need an educate and non-chaotic group to do that, otherwise at the first pause someone will just talk over you. |

How can I play dumb? I like the dumb-telligent but not its quota. If "clever" characters often go out of their way with too complex explanation for stuff, it is perfectly normal for the dumb character to bring them down to Earth every time this happens. |

Bringing a pre-made character to the table or not; pros and cons? Oh, I understand, this makes sense. |

What alternative models exist for Vampire populations in WoD? 10 blood points is not "fatal, hence 4 pints". 10 blood points is the total blood in a human, that is 5L. AFAIK a human can suffer up to 1L blood loss without needing medical treatment, I'm not sure about 3 blood points, and unless I'm mistaken anything more than 2L would kill them. |

Mitigating conflict in a 'mixed' nWoD game Maybe I am overly simplifying it, but to me it looks like just a case of bad roleplaying. If their characters have no reason to hate each other, and have some strong reason to cooperate, either they do it or they're playing badly. |

Bringing a pre-made character to the table or not; pros and cons? The GM should never be in the condition of "not understanding" an ability, how could that possibly happen? |

Balancing a mixed game in nWoD It is worth notice that in a setting where - for whatever reason - no one can use his powers, everyone would be more or less on the same grounds; that's not an answer to your question, but it would be quite an interesting setting. |

How can I treat old and new players fairly, without upsetting anyone? This is doing it wrong. If you roll a dice, the result stands. If you don't want to accept a result, adjust it before rolling, i.e. rolling a lower dice for damage, avoiding "save or die" in the first place, etc. |
