comment What skill to oppose undodgeable energy weapons attack rolls?
@PaulMarshall having just two skills doesn't make it any more deep or interesting. Either you have a wide array of skills, but this turns into a tactical boardgame, or keep it simple with just one skill.

Does the doppleganger grow a tail, then?

comment Can I use a barrier power to create a bridge?
This is too semplicistic. Sure, it's great, but it's a short-term gain which might cause long-term suffering, if done incorrectly.

comment What can I do to paper to make it look aged?
While it is definitely an interesting and useful method, I wouldn't call it "astonishing". Didn't try it myself, but the picture shown in that site is a bit disappointing. Maybe I was disappointed only because I assumed it was "astonishing", though.

comment How to handle wealthy player characters as a GM?
Thanks, I'll try to explain. Many settings are carelessly "designed", so that they lack any resemblance of internal consistency. Talking about that kind of inflation equals to talking about this general problem. But this is a general problem that affects the game as a whole, so if it would be acceptable to use it as an answer, any question on any problem in this setting might have the same answer.

The "Handwaving" suggestion is simply horrible, while the "Inflation" highlights a common problem that plagues badly designed universes, like most D&D ones.

@Dakeyras this basically means becoming (self-proclaiming!) a nobleman. Other noblemen will notice and act accordingly. Either way, you'll have to deal with them.

comment Without a magic item economy, what is gold for?
This answer is a bit disappointing considering the question: I am under the impression that he is specifically asking for something that doesn't involve broadening the scope of the campaingn, keeping it "small party, just the PCs".

@Bobson I guess they weren't having fun any more, since they were so ridicolously overpowered.

The Angry DM helps a lot understanding this concept.

comment How can I avoid focusing too much on one player character?
"my players have at one point explicitly or implicitly expressed their desire to be more included in the overarching plot" if they really want to, why don't they also try to write some backstory?

comment What order do multiclass characters spend Hit Dice at the end of a short rest?
I'm puzzled about what gave you the idea they had to be used in order.

revised What is the timing of Parrying Weapon's ability?
Since I can't believe they could have made it broken on purpose, I've rephrased it a bit.

comment How could I make Bruce Banner/Incredible Hulk as a valid character?
Keep in mind you could do something "hulk-like" without actually shape-shifting. It would be like "translating Hulk into this another different set".

comment What version of WoD is this?
@Flamma and that's a vital difference. The "silly idea" I was talking about was the rule difference and such, if they are just a subset of the rules, that's fine and makes sense.

Like Magic's "Portal" sets. Eventually they all realised it was a silly idea.
