@SevenSidedDie - actually, it's not made specifically for the use of WW2 (reference the operator), but the largest reason it's not a good answer is that he wanted background so he wouldn't have to do research. There's none in it.

@ComradeYakov - Actually, it doesn't really take Godlike out. The first Ubermensch was Aryan. In fact, a lot of the way that talents emerge (because of they way that they emerge) is centered around the mythology of the particular culture.
