comment Exalted Limit Breaks - How do I get them to occur more often?
Usually too if one PC limit breaks their actions can cause others to limit break too as they try to contain/deal with the consequences of the first.

comment Rules modifications for Exalted Clinches
is right, Exalted, especially 2nd edition, is very much a perfect or die sort of game.

comment What's with this tier stuff, and how does that translate to levels?
It should be noted that unlike 4th Ed which caps at 30 there really is nothing to stop players from going right on by. As noted below Deities and Demigods provides loose support for characters literally becoming gods. I believe Faiths and Pantheons (for 3rd Ed Forgotten Realms) might expand on this as well.

comment Game-within-a-Game Cross-Genre Ideas
The level requirement makes it harder as a lot of the small, easy/pick up RPGs I know of (generally indie games) eschew levels. It might just be that levels and relatively simple are not an easy combination. Take a skill/point based system and add an arbitrary level behind the scene? (You've gained 10 skill points you apply to your character that's equivalent to a level?)

comment Is this charge-based build legal?
@boris callens Take into account that part of the party is already frustrated as they are essentially not needed. Things should be balanced so that everyone is having fun and participating. Hopefully making challenging encounters will be fun for the entire party when they have to think creatively and work together to succeed.

comment Does No-Key the Mushroom King appear in any Exalted 2nd Ed Sourcebooks?
That's a very authoritative no.

comment Are there any tools for creating a campaign from scratch?
Be aware the GoogleWave is going to be discontinued so it won't be available in the future.

comment Are characters aware of monster abilities' effects?
@AceCalhoon - In some cases they players might be able to infer what the power/abilities are. But just as likely they might not be able to. A feeling of dread warns that the creature may have some localized affect but is unlikely to indicate what the affect is until the someone tries to heal while within it.

comment Are characters aware of monster abilities' effects?
That being said while the players should be made aware that there is some sort of mystical field radiating from the creature they probably should make a knowledge check to know what the aura might do if they've never encountered the creature before.
