Once Upon a time a magical company called MagicDollars (for the sake of brevity for the rest of the answer we will refer to this company by its stock ticker M$) and this company made the most widely used, operating system, internet browser, office productivity suite, and various other products. M$ had this great idea to just integrate all of its software so that they would all work together seamlessly. This would be great for users of this software since this would make doing things like importing a webpage in a Ward processing (because in magicland we have wards instead of words) document, seemlessly and natively.
But this would evidently make the software too good. And we cant have people getting software that is too good. Because then if another company came along with their own version of good software people will be too dumb to install and use that if they have the already integrated versions that were included. So the Neanderthal Union decreed that M$ was using its magical abilities to make things too difficult for smaller developers to create super complex applications that they must give away for free. And said you will no longer make things work together seemlessly.
And instead of extending their middle wand to the NeU and saying fine we shall no longer make software that can be used in the NeU... M$ bowed before the luddites and said ok. So now you can not rename a file from inside of your office productivity suite in Magicland.

Can a lich be controlled by control undead? I think that some of the defenses you are suggesting the Lich would use would actually go against the spell. Specifically casting teleport or silence to prevent the controller from giving orders and attacking allies when it has been commanded to stop. It will protect its phylactery much like you can not command it to kill itself. You control the lich's actions not its knowledge. A lich will probably cooperate if it is being used as a weapon against others(particularly living creatures) but resist being used as a tool for self advancement. |

How do you deal with a drunk player who refuses to participate? @Vorac - You missed the edits and comment threads(now deleted) where it was all explained. The OP put a female player into a position where she would have to consent to sex or fail the mission. |

“Epic Level” Shadowrun The escape would be the easy part the hard part will be simultaneously removing the cortex bombs and magical charms that keep them in line currently. And planning it while on runs with out the corp finding out will be more of a challenge. |

“Epic Level” Shadowrun @KyleWilley - If they get free they will have massive bounties on their heads as you say. So anytime they pop their heads up someone would be more than happy to cash in. Making bigger purchases turns more heads so bigger purchases are going to be more dangerous for them. Criminals are willing to turn on other criminals especially once they have collected the creds from the players. Besides the corps do not really care about the black market enough to stop them. The corps will have their informants in place all over in every legit or shadow business there is. |
