Do powers/feats/features that buff a character's healing work with Skald's Aura? Simon Withers' point was exactly my concern! Since there have been no more answers, I guess there's no official ruling on the issue. Skald's Aura is pretty crippled compared to the encounter heals of other leaders if it needs to be the Skald doing the active healing, so I think the ruling that the Skald is USING the power is reasonable. I'll make sure to check with our GM. |

Is there a way to get extra immediate actions? Thank you for the feats! (Although I actually just noticed that the Knight mark punishments are opportunity attacks and so only have a limit of once per turn) |

Is there a way to get extra immediate actions? Additional defender punishment was actually exactly what I needed. Which feats are there? |

Leaders Healing too powerful/polarizing in 4e? Great analysis. |

How do I get my players to form a PC party without just forcing them to? The former is very possible, but if they are as individual as you suggest, as soon as the thing that forces them to stay together is gone, they're likely to split up. The best thing is to have them all agree to do something common at creation. |

How do I get my players to form a PC party without just forcing them to? If they don't (want to) create a reason for this at character creation and it's up to you to make this happen, they need to accept it, or there's no campaign. You simply cannot have a team-based story where all characters want to go their own ways. Even if you create a mechanical reason to band them together, it would have to last until level 30, otherwise they'd split as soon as they could. |

How do I get my players to form a PC party without just forcing them to? The thing is, if the characters are so different and the players all want to go solo and pursue their own stories, nothing short of you mechanically forcing them to stay together (placed on same team for tournament, thrown in same dungeon, sole survivers of same catastrophe) is going to change that. When the PLAYERS want to form a party, there has to be an implicit need for the CHARACTERS to do/want the same. |

How can I make my PCs flee? Even in a game as miniature-heavy as 4E, I'd ALWAYS turn the chase/escape sequence into narrated roleplay when ALL of the players have decided to flee (with the monsters getting in one last OA, if applicable). It seems more fun to roll athletics/acrobatics/endurance than mechanically moving a miniature your speed every turn, it enhances roleplay and it removes the risk of kiting. |

How can I grapple someone? It should be in Player's Handbook 1. |

Battle Song Expertise - what bonus do I get? It seems that the wording on the feat has been changed, so that it now works with any weapon with which you have proficiency. I guess? I don't have an Insider subscription, so that must be where everyone else is getting the alternative feat description. |
