The edit does not really guard against timing attacks. There is still a 10 second window where you are guaranteed to throw >10, with some math you can easily figure it out in your head. What I would suggest is to randomize the table a little bit, switch numbers around but keep a equal number of numbers. Instead of [1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8], you list [1 5 8 2 4 6 3 7]. You can make a new number list every week to prevent people remembering where all the 20s are. (Also, hide the table from the player that clicks the stopwatch). Millisecond accuracy still would be best.

That is interesting. Well, the biggest problem with dropping him was I would still be in range of the swarm. BUT, i had a magic item that gives 10ft teleport as a swift. If i use that before dropping him, it could work.
