@DForck42: I do have a black light already. It is a really good choice since it allows for a dark atmosphere and provides plenty of light on paper so you can see what you are writing.

+1 Sengoku is the one to get -- yeah, same comment as above. It's that well researched.

Surely you should tailor your campaign to whatever classes your players have picked?... Just a thought really ^_~

@Tynam: It has been a long time since I looked at D&D rules in whatever incarnation. Quiet a lot of other games do have variable prices depending on settlement size, rarity of primal material, and so on. All in all, too complex and not a viable model so you may as well make it up on the fly.

+1 for excellent adventure seed idea. Clearly, a third lord must enter the fight wanting the coconut shells to mimic horses...

comment Which level for this spell?
Oh, so the spell cannot be turned off... Right, that makes sense although you would have to live near people who had the same spell make permanent otherwise, you cannot have human interactions of any kind. Not that attractive a prospect.

Why minus two charisma? I like pale people with weird white hair and blue lips... Maybe I'm just a goth... ^_~
