I've been playing and GMing pen & paper RPGs for about 14 years now. I started with AD&D2, moved up to 3.5 and now I’m a Pathfinder man.

I'm a Lawful Good rules-lawyer who likes to optimise my characters for maximum efficiency. I don't skimp on roleplay and I also write extensive backstories for each of my creations.

Oct 31	comment	Which classes continue to synergize well for a multi-class character? Quick idea: It might be more effective to put ranks into 'Use magic device' and use wands. The DC is 20 to use a wand, but you can easily pump your skill to hit that without rolling (traits, feats, charisma bonus, etc). I know wands only go up to 3rd level spells, but a multiclassed caster will only have access to low level magic through most of the game anyway.

Aug 16	comment	How to Handle a Powergamer / Munchkin I agree with this answer. Most people are quite reasonable, especially friends. Besides, players that exploit loop-holes really offends me. 'Real' power-gamers should have the skills to make above-average characters without cheating or obstructing roleplay.

I'd do it like this: Str14, Dex17, Con14, Int08, Wis10, Chr16. Bards don't need as many skill points as they did in 3.5 because so many skills have been merged. I would put it as a proper awnser but this build really needs that Aldori sword, which is outside of the core & APG that the guy is using.
Jul 27	comment	Pathfinder: Arcane Duelist melee build No no no, drop the intelligence to 8 and get Dex as high as you can. Use a finessable (preferably two-handed) weapon such as an Aldori Dueling Sword and take power attack to bump up the damge.
