comment How do I respond when a player trivially kills my boss monster?
+1 This answer does the best job of explaining the subtleties required with the DW system when compared to more traditional rulesets.

comment Should players get a surprise attack by interrupting a villain's speech?
Yeah it feels this is artificially broad to the point of not being able to answer it if you keep the range of editions. If you are playing 5e now, then surely that's the one you are most interested in?

comment Can a Black Dragon Hatchling be raised to be good? Or is it inherently evil?
Just a comment as to why this might be gathering negative votes. The question specifically asks for answers that draw on D&D canon, which this does not.

It might be helpful to include what you've got so far in terms of stats

comment Help me with my battlefield design
@No, you don't get what I mean. The issue here as I see it is that you're asking for help with a specific battlefield. For me this is akin to asking for help writing an adventure. What I'm suggesting is that you ask a question about your general weaknesses around designing battlefields without asking for help about a specific one. Something along the lines of 'I am aware that I have problems a, b, c, when designing battlefields. What approaches can I use to help stop these'

comment Help me with my battlefield design
Have you thought about phrasing the question more as - 'I have these specific problems when designing my own battlefields, how can i fix them', rather than 'help me design this battlefield'? It has the added bonus of meaning you hopefully won't need other peoples help again

@Brian_Drozd please don't answer in comments to a question that has been closed. It circumnavigates large parts of the way the site works

comment Cavalier advice
Even with the edit, I think this is too broad. What are you trying to achieve with the character? What do you want to focus on? What parts of playing do you enjoy the most?

An object lesson in why you should only ever allow rolls for things you are OK to happen, however unlikely they are...

@Escroteitor please don't answer in comments - they are temporary and will get deleted

comment Sword Coast weather and climate
There's nothing wrong with their being no answer. I would suggest not artificially expanding scope to cover other editions just to get an answer if I were you

comment How to solve over-discussion in combat?
The use of time passing ingame is absolutely key here. Design your encounters so the situation can't afford to be argued over for hours and the players will soon get the message. The important thing is to be transparent though and give plenty of warnings that things are getting worse as time goes on

A million times this. Nothing you describe in your question seems wrong, out of order or in any way unusual

comment How do I make engaging Man vs Wild encounters that aren't excercises in rolling dice?
I'm curious as to why this is marked system-agnostic. You'll get much more focused answers if they're related to a specific system, as there are often system specific mechanics that can help with this kind of thing.
