When does marking occur with it saying 'Every time you attack an enemy, whether the attack hits or misses' i would think marking takes place at step 2. you dont pull out a red marked and 'mark it'. u look at it and in your mind deside your turn to die. even if it avoids the atk completly you still see it as the thimg u want dead the most so the penilty is based on u being aware of it more than any thing else. is it not? |
