Sep 5	comment	Will attacking with a magical or wonderous item overcome damage reduction? You mean an improvised attack with a magic object that isn't specifically a weapon? If you're the DM, I might just "forget" about the NPC's DR for the good of the game.
Sep 3	comment	How does Dusk Oracle's Foreseen Hit interact with a multi-target power? @GMNoob - it's just is there to mean you can't use this power to damage your allies, and need a valid target. Many attack powers use that terminology, so it's nothing out of the ordinary.

It is not that the trigger occurs four times (the attack is only made once, after all), but that it resolves, simultaneously, to all instances of the attack. I will update my answer to clarify my stance.
