It sounds like he's exactly the guy to wade through the orcs to get to what they hold most dear. If attacking their sacred idol / queen / favorite pig doesn't pull their attention away from the party, I don't know what does.

@Zibbobz, perhaps I should rephrase that. A lot of RPGs pose no problems for creating a party that can't work as a team -- they end up with plenty of problems when playing such a party.
