Do role-playing games have to be fun? * awkward! * In retrospect I feel like this answer comes out of a sex-ed class. |

What is the meaning of the “bardic lore” skill? I find the Wikipedia on Griots (African Bards, in simplest terms possible) sheds some interesting light on this kind of interpretation of Bards. |

Any toys that are at proper miniature scale? ... and Lego bricks can be used to quickly create in depth representations of an intricate battle map. |

How do I use the same type of creature as characters level up without using more of them? You run games with your kids? That's wonderful :D |

Encouraging out-of-the-box thinking in combat encounters @downvoter - Please comment as to what you don't like about this idea! |

Encouraging out-of-the-box thinking in combat encounters "If they are enjoying themselves then you're doing a good job" => this is true, but the GM - while not a player - is also playing the game and is entitled to enjoy it; they don't just have a job to do. If the GM's not getting any satisfaction out of running a Butt-Kick the players should try to tweak their style some. |

Total Party Kill - What do I do as a GM? +1 for the necromancer idea! I've always wanted to run that... and they don't have to get along with him; it's also interesting if they are compelled to get along with him, but if he was dead, they'd be free of his influence... |

What are the differences between D&D 3.5 and D&D 4th edition? Peraonally I find that non-combat anything is much less of a focus :P |

Bard removed from D&D 4.0. Reasons? I don't think releasing the Bard in the PHB2 was just a marketing play; I think they had to spend more time re-work it a little more than the other classes given there's no more Perform skill. (but it was definitely also a marketing play :D) |
