@Rob: I thought PBP meant the kind of asynchronous gameplay you get in PBEM, except in, say, a forum. So, PBP is a wider term than that?

I have zero experience, too. But my first guess was to make a private group and then somehow decide how new posts get made vs. commenting on existing posts.
