comment Passive wisdom (perception): does one add WIS mod + percep skill?
@Besty Follow up questions don't work too well if put in comments, since there's no guarantee that someone who knows the answer will see it, and we won't be able to vote on which answers are useful. I recommend you actually ask a new question via the 'Ask Question' link near the top of the page.

comment How should I handle the rest of my party, who believe all Necromancy must be evil?
@Ruut That's an important point - Spells that return the dead to life give the target a chance to refuse, but spells that create undead do not.

comment How do I deal with PCs who are evil?
@Jerenda Lawful Evil wasn't included in 4e's alignment system; It got rolled into Neutral Evil. A similar thing happened to Chaotic Good. Also, Lawful Evil is mentioned in the answer, so I'm not sure why you're asking about it?

comment Can I Craft A Wand of Fireball at CL 4?
@user3735278 If I'm remembering correctly, the Eberron artificer has a class feature that explicitly states that you can craft magic items at two caster levels below that which the item usually requires as a minimum, and the example it gives is a wand of fireball. You, uh, might want to flip through the class features again...

comment Can a blink dog take items with them when using their Dimension Door ability?
This is an interesting one. Normally, yes, the assumption is that spell-like abilities that grant teleportation also allow some equipment to be taken with, but that assumption starts to seem odd when applied to creatures that don't normally have any equipment; Especially when some creatures (I'm looking at you, fiends) have a detail like "self plus 50 lbs of gear only," which implies that they couldn't carry the 50 lbs of gear if that part of the line was absent.

comment Must the body remain on the Material Plane during astral projection?
By the way, the RAW answer to your footnote is that Spell Immunity does protect against astral projection, because astral projection is subject to Spell Resistance, and Spell immunity acts exactly like Spell Resistance except that it cannot be overcome. That said, as GM, there's nothing to stop you from saying the demilich has a version of the spell that isn't subject to the caster's own spell resistance.

comment Is casting Create Demiplane (Any) from the Astral Plane a valid way to get a permanent demi-plane?
From memory, the Astral Plane isn't timeless with respect to magic. Admittedly, however, it's an obscure point and my memory isn't perfect, so maybe I'm wrong about that. More to the point, does the spell effect reside within the Astral, the new demiplane, or both?
