comment Most expensive magic item at caster levels 3 through to 6 in 3.5e's Core?
@user23625 That house rule is a rather vital detail; You should consider editing it into your question. If you do, I suspect someone will then provide an excellent reference to a magic item that's exactly 1000 gp, requires no unusual prerequisites, and could plausibly be sold in large quantities without disturbing the local economy. Provided that's something you want, of course.

revised Most expensive magic item at caster levels 3 through to 6 in 3.5e's Core?
Clarified that magic arms and armour are a bad choice, not just a pointless one.

comment How do I calculate DPR for spellcasters?
This is very non-trivial, because many choices in combat are non-comparable: A Dimension Door spell, or a creative use of Minor Image, can drastically change the the outcome and flow of a combat in a vast number of ways. Buff effects, too, can change the performance and behaviour of other combatants in ways that depend on the nature of those characters. It might be possible to answer this - but only with a book-length analysis, so I'm voting to close this as "Too Broad."

+1 for being a good answer, but especially for the thing so important you said it twice.

comment What can I polymorph into, whose natural attacks count as magic for DR?
This is too broad. There's a whole ton of monsters whose attacks count as magical for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction - all of the monsters with Damage Reduction/magic, for starters. Voting to close until some more limiting criteria are provided.

@user23625 It sounds like your group isn't using the errata. Which is fine; Plenty of games are run like that, and it cuts down on the number of rules sources you need to have at the table. That said, you might want to check with your GM about it, just in case errata is being used but you didn't realise.

comment Are demons immune to reality changes made by angelic covers?
This doesn't actually say anything about whether a cover affects a demon, though - just about whether a demon can spot an angel who's already got a cover. Which is to say, it addresses the most common case, where an angel's cover is someone the demon would never have met, but not the rare case where an angel assumes a cover that just so happens to be the demon's significant other.

comment Do spell effects move if the object they are cast on moves?
@MC_Hambone Since you're giving a house rule as an answer, you should mention that it's a house rule in your answer.

comment How can I get fellow Paranoia players to betray each other?
Not every edition of Paranoia has the "No out-of-character conversation" thing. I can see why it might help - but given that it's not a part of every edition, and that as a player the OP has no ability to enforce it, perhaps you could flesh this answer out with some advice that could work in the absence of the no-OOC rule?

@TimothyAWiseman Perhaps you should edit it into your answer, since it's relevant?

Ooh - I wonder how plausible it'd be to make shields for a swarm of flies?

comment Would the Shield Wall feat grant a shield bonus for each adjacent ally, or just one adjacent ally?
If your friends are right, then with squeezing and a standard grid, I bet you could get that shield bonus increase well into the double digits...

comment Druid wildshapes to recon a city from above, how to limit?
Shutting down players who use their abilities creatively tends to have the negative side effect of discouraging players from creative problem solving, and reduces player agency in your game. Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid these side effects?

comment How to assign exp for indirect kills
Common sense is rarely as common as it seems, and not everyone who uses the book's approach does so because the book says to; Indeed, I'd be surprised if all the people passing over this answer obeyed the book's methods to the letter.
