comment Playing Dresden Files RPG with Fate Core rules?
Maybe it's a dumb question, but what is an "RCI"?

Also, realize that they will probably deal A LOT of damage, very fast. So while they might not be able to last long against a serious opponent, that serious opponent is probably not going to last very long either.

comment What's the most armor I can give a vehicle at character creation?
I had the obvious answer of "yeah, you can, duh", until I realized about the "no gear over Rating 6" rule, which I never considered as applying to vehicle armor. Now I have a serious doubt. So good question, will be interested to see an answer on whether the "Max Rating 6" applies to Vehicle armor or not.

comment Why can't a bonded item be in the head slot?
This is perfect. I want a bonded belt, and kinkiness will ensue. Or boots. (More seriously, bracers and gloves seem to fit the bill too)

comment When confronted with a situation with no seeming honorable resolution, what does a samurai do in Rokugan?
Ok, I see. But yeah, they are not asking for me to solve their moral issue, nor do I want to do it. They are asking for info on what a character in that setting would think - in another game they would probably already have killed them and looted the guns - and I have to agree that I am not sure either. So yeah, not asking what they should do, what is the correct decision, but what the code says about this kind of situation.

The magistrate part seems appropriate, though I personally dislike having my PCs just relying on someone else. Unfortunately I can't give information about the Imperial's motivations, as my players are reading this. Also, the Imperial is very close from the Empress (her brother) and as such, would revealing publicly his behavior affect her reputation?

comment What are the pros and cons of wearing a helmet?
Not detailed enough to be a full answer, but in my experience, the pros of wearing a helmet (besides armor boost) is that you are less easy to identify. Get caught on camera, and they don't have your face. That can save your life a lot more than one point of Armor. As for the cons, yeah, if you're the only one in a pub with a helmet, you are easier to track. So the usual solution is to not carry a helmet in everyday situation, but have one in your backpack for risky situations
