Can a mage Assense a Technomancer? With that said, the fact mages can assess it is interesting regarding what actually is Emergence... |

Can a Space Marine or Chaos Space Marine take off his armour? As for the eunuch part, I clearly remember in the Horus Ascension books of a part where the journalist comes to interview Loken (or whoever the main character is), and finds him naked. And she mentions that he is... well... bigger everywhere. So they cqn remove their armour, and even though they are sterile and possibly impotent, they still have stuff. |

How to kill a troll in D&D 3.5? I don't like this question. All rules you are mentioning are valid in combat, but once it's dead, you are out of combat, so just set him on fire. Do you wdo torch "coups de grace" on your firewood when trying to set up your camp fire? |

What is expected from NPC profiles that are written for-profit? +1 for the idea of NPC networks/groups rather than single NPCs. |

What drives the plot for antiheroes? @Glycan Well, to be fair, that's not a hero/anti-hero problem then. If you are looking about how to motivate characters who just want to stay home and watch TV, that's a different problem. Most PCs usually have the will to do stuff, whether they are heroes or anti-heroes. |

Is a Dragonwrought Kobold a True Dragon? About that "half-dragons are True Dragons", how do you conclude that? They don't have half-dragon version of themselves after all, right? |

Do magical beasts have a magical aura with regard to Detect Magic spell? I second that. Magical beasts are mainly "it's like an animal, but it doesn't exist in the real world". An antimagic field doesn't make them disappear, and you can't dispel anything about them. So: not magic. |

Why and how to force people to turn their PAN in active mode? Or it can be seens as a public versus private social network profile... There are actually apps out there using public profiles + foursquare check-ins to show on your map who are the women in your area, where they are, their names, pictures and interests. Creepy, and morally problematic, but it's a great live example of active/passive on a network. |

How to balance the numbers and equipment of an encounter in Shadowrun 4E? Thanks for the DP rule of thumb. So for the number and equipment, you just arbitrarily decide them based on logic and descriptions, and then stick with it? |

Can any dragon be used for half dragon? Though, to moderate the other answers, you have to consider how the half-dragon would be "made". For a normal true dragon, they have ways of taking humanoid form (or whatever form, for what it's worth... cf the oh-so-fun half-dragon T-Rex), so sure. But others, like the Dragon Turtle, can't cast spell, or change form. So you might want to limit it to magic-using dragons, or at least think about how it happened. |

Why and how to force people to turn their PAN in active mode? No, they can see the smartlink subscribed to the commlink, can probably see the model and all, but can't give it commands. That would require hacking the commlink, and then sending orders to the smartlink (or possibly, spoofing a command). Even if your smartlink is in wireless mode (in which case you deserve to be hacked :p), they would have to hack the smartlink first. The main difference is that a hidden node needs to be found, then hacked, while an active/passive node is found automatically. |
