comment Can you make a grapple attack as an Attack of Opportunity
Good question. The same one can be asked for Tripping. I'd be highly disappointed if my DM wouldn't allow a Trip attempt when someone suddenly decides to run past me. Related, I'd be mildly disappointed if the rules wouldn't allow me to do so.

comment Is there something like a (readied) charge in 5e?
@Aviose That's a good point. I dislike the readied move-to-intercept though, it just doesn't have the drama clashing steel from opposed charges has. In any case, the rules are clear (which is nice) and we can always see if a house rule is warranted.

@PurpleMonkey Think we'll have to agree to disagree on the index thing then :).

Ahh, yes I see the rules now. Weird that the index doens't include "Charger" :P. In any case we'll need to create a house rule then to allow readied charges.

comment Are feats only included in the PHB?
Thanks for your answer, it was indeed correct. I've now also seen how it does work with feats in 5e, it's basically like @DoStuffZ says in his comment to the question; perhaps it'd be worth it to add that info to the answer. In any case: thanks again!

comment How does the Slow spell affect flying creatures with minimum forward speeds?
Good point. The question remains though: does the dragon need to spend an action (and if yes: what kind) to move 25 ft?

comment Gaining spell resistance
I think you're right that the SR items are a bit overpriced. I've turned my comment into an answer, it may perhaps serve as a baseline option against which usefulness of other options can be weighed.
