What's the difference between “Ability to cast arcane spells” and “Arcane spellcaster”? A rogue with Use Magic Device can use magic devices, in this case scrolls. He can't actually cast the spells. |

How can I make my broomstick fly? It's funny, you'd think that some supplement or other would cover such a classic scenario. Maybe Hedge Magic or one of those books has witches-on-broomstick rules? I'll look it up when I get home. As for designing the magic item enchantments themselves, I'll see if I can work it out. :) |

How to Handle a Powergamer / Munchkin Agreed. I've had games that fell apart amicably after a few sessions, because we realized not all players were after the same sort of game. We sat down, realized that, and called it quits. Then we started a new game, just the ones that were after a serious game. |

Are there any rapid-transit spells that can be achieved without rego? Also, both of these suggestions will leave you floating fine and free, but you'll need to rely on ReAu to actually go somewhere. That, or tie yourself to a horse and set him riding. Now that I think about it, I think we actually did something similar with Rise of the Feathery Body once. |
