I'm a game designer that's been playing tabletop games since the early '00s. Most of my experience is with the D&D 3/3.5/Pathfinder ruleset, but I've been branching out more in the past few years.

Total overhaul. Changed to address the specifics of the tier system and hopefully be more objective.

comment Is there an official Pathfinder “Mana” system for wizards?
What do you mean by "mana"? There are several different definitions to that word when talking about systems of magic, and it would help if you described more specifically what you were looking for.

Addressed the fact that martials got worse.

comment Does Pathfinder have the character imbalance problem that D&D 3.X has?
-1: This is definitely incorrect. As a simple example: By level 9, there is nothing - nothing at all - that a fighter can do that a cleric of the same level can't trivially emulate, using nothing but PHB 1 content.

comment Pathfinder Downtime: Earning capital, Owning Buildings, in a small town
I edited my answer to include that detail. Generally, on this site, we generally prefer that if you have more questions, you ask them separately and clearly. It's sort of okay in this case, since what you're asking is pretty related, but generally you'll get better answers if you ask things separately.
