I'm a game designer that's been playing tabletop games since the early '00s. Most of my experience is with the D&D 3/3.5/Pathfinder ruleset, but I've bee branching out more in the past few years.

revised How can a goblin attack and hide in the same turn?
Turns out the GM said specifically what the goblins did.

comment AoOs against the same enemy on his turn?
@apacay It doesn't matter how someone moves: if you move on your turn, you can only provoke a single attack of opportunity from movement from a particular enemy that turn. If you have enough movement, you can run figure eights around an enemy and only provoke one attack from movement.

comment What if a divine spell targets “allies” and your allies aren't who you think they are?
I added a bit of clarification: The quoted text specifically refers to spells that have "targets", which means that area effect spells that affect allies will affect invisible allies just fine. The quoted text was mostly to illustrate that targeting decisions are made by the caster.

Clarified about targets

It doesn't create a visible effect, but you can use detect magic and see who has the spell active on them.

comment How can an epic level cleric survive the first round of melee combat using only SRD?
You can't tie ethereal jaunt to a contingency. Contingency has a hard cap of level 6 for it's linked spells, and ethereal jaunt is 7.

comment Can I cast Elemental Touch and Shocking Grasp?
Though it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask that as it's own question.

You get an attack with the bonus damage every turn. However, the secondary effects don't stack. For example, if you hit someone with the acid touch two rounds in a row, they only take 1 point of acid damage each round, not 2.

removed the first line, since it's not really necessary
