comment How to ask nicely in Dungeon World
Excellent description of how to use the GM moves here. You could point out that the book explicitly says it's the GM's turn to make a move "when everyone looks to you to find out what happens" or "when the players give you a golden opportunity", both clauses of which apply here.

comment How often should I plan for the players to make camp?
Why are you planning this at all? Play to find out what happens.

comment Should I worry about players abusing the Know-It-All move?
"Coming to someone for advice" in the real world normally means "having a conversation".

Wow, that Chainmail citation is really telling.

comment How do I help a young player fill their character sheet quickly?
Agree with Jon of All Trades. Something like Dungeon World is far more suitable for new and young RPG players.

comment Why is interrogating done with roll+CHA instead of +STR?
Why would strength be relevant even to torture? It doesn't take much strength at all to slide a knife under a fingernail.

comment How reliable are dice rolling programs?
Time, mouse movements, audio input, timing of hard disk accesses: every modern computer has dozens of ways to "monitor physical random events" without specialized, dedicated hardware.

comment Are Hit Points in Dungeon World just a nod to D&D?
Combat in AW is Seize By Force, not Going Aggro. You know how action movies usually have a bit where someone's got their gun in someone else's face? Yet somehow that gun usually doesn't go off? That's Going Aggro.

comment What are the reasons for limiting number of players in Dogs in the Vineyard?
"I wouldn’t go over say four" is not a phrasing a good writer would use for a "hard and fast" rule. Vincent Baker is a very good writer.

comment How does acquiring a template that changes hit dice affect pre-existing hit points?
You could also multiply by 6.5/4.5 (expected values from d12 and d8) and round, so 18 HP would go to 26 HP.
