Firing into close combat in Pathfinder 1) A little support from the Pathfinder FAQ. I think it seems to indicate that all rays should be treated as weapon attacks in all situations. For 2) and 3) I completely agree with Oblivious Sage. |

How do I use Passive Perception to have some characters notice parts of the environment? I have a general rule of thumb. Never ask your players for a skill roll you don't want them to fail. |

Spycraft 2.0 Damage Mitigation Thanks, I completely agree with the the last paragraph. You only want to make the character so immune to damage or you get in a situation anything that would threaten me would wipe the rest of the party, and that wouldn't be fun for anybody. |
