comment What is usually listed as evidence that RPGs are inherently a 2+ person activity?
@SevenSidedDie Thanks for the downvote reason (assuming it came from you). The question has changed significantly since I wrote this answer, and I can see how it could be portrayed as 'participating in the debate' when my original intent was to simply use defined terms to show multiple people were not needed to 'role play'. I'll either delete it or update it if this question actually gets reopened.

@GMNoob I am not sure I agree that the 'role-playing' wiki page is not a valid definition for this context. That same page has a section and links to the 'role-playing-games' page (creating a set/subset relationship). Both pages use the 'roles' page to define a 'role'. I do not see how the addition of 'fictional settings' really changes the meanings. Maybe I am confused, can you elaborate?

@GMNoob Even though I think they are pretty similar (if not actually the same 'roleplaying'), I tried to leave off the specific psychology aspects and focused my quotes only on the general 'role playing' and 'role' terms.

@G0BLiN No. the spellcaster gets to choose who the additional targets are for the teleport. Either way, are you sure the chuul would be willing to let an enemies spell take affect, especially if you know it is a spell taking you to who knows where?

This seems like an ok preface that could accompany an answer, but it does not really answer the question.

comment How can I associate Hit Dice with healing?
have you tried changing your character sheet. cross out 'hit dice' and replace it with 'health dice' or 'hp dice'.
