How do I help my players figure out how to stay alive in a realistically-deadly sandbox campaign? Sardathrion has it. After reading the question it seems this is a root issue rather than a "what tips and tricks can I apply to fix it?" question. By having threats as illogical, emotional this introduces natural interesting flaws and removes the aspect of perfect threats. The heroes can avoid and exploit these weaknesses in a way that should be interesting by the nature of the flaw. |
