How does damage outside of combat work in Carcosa? falling damage is 1D, so take off 1D from the creature, rather than a specific number of hit points |

How many spears can fit in one pincushion the calculation seems to assume a two handed, or pike. If we use a single handed spear, then the calculation is 2 * pi * 2 / .3 = 41 people - still enough to do a lot of damage |
