Determining the ability modifier to use based on the attack type Ahhhh well I'll get to that later as I'm a standard elven ranger that relys on bows :) by the way in 4th edition elven accuracy is a racial encounter power wouldn't that be a bonus to the 2 standard ones you start of with or replaced with encounter power 1 and elven accuracy :) |
