comment What is Sasuke's base class?
"Naruto maps out perfectly to the Tough Hero class" -- Total aside, but adult Naruto's highest stat is almost definitely Charisma i.e. force of personality.

comment In Which we add Loots to Fate Core
Have you read the section on Extras? It discusses many things, including how to model powerful items.

comment Does using Combat Expertise count as fighting defensively?
Well, that's not exactly a design reason -- it's a natural consequence of the original design. It does make it harder to houserule.

Might want to add that this is due to the official errata.

comment Can a cleric regain spells on the Astral Plane?
@Pro756 The idea is that you incorporate these into your answer by using the edit button, not quote them down here. (Also, they never published a 3.5 manual of the planes, so specify which version you're looking at!)

comment Optimizing 2e High Int, Low Str Fighter
For those who don't have the table memorized (anymore!), you might as well mention the numerical difference between 9 and 18/00 strength: +3 to hit. :) It's been awhile, but I remember the damage difference of +6 actually being more meaningful; both hp and damage bonuses were much lower in 2e than later editions.

comment Are elementals immune to sight-based petrification effects in D&D 3.5E?
Op doesn't specify which creature they're talking about, and half-remembering the caveat to flesh to stone might be why they think elementals can't be petrified, so in my book they're quite related. :)

comment Gaining spell resistance
Depending on why you want to scorn divine magic and get spell resistance, have you looked at the ur-priest?

comment Gaining spell resistance
@kravaros I believe that e.g. a warlock could craft the items, and in general you aren't supposed to assume that these items are automatically divine. (They could, for instance, be created directly by a wish spell.)

comment Are elementals immune to sight-based petrification effects in D&D 3.5E?
Might be worth mentioning that elementals can ignore flesh to stone, since they do not have flesh. But e.g. the medusa's gaze attack will petrify anything not specifically immune.

Do you want a narrative rationale, or a rules balance one?

comment Is there a way to learn someone's level in game in DnD3.x?
This is a terrible answer for this particular question, because the question is asked from the DM's perspective. They want to know about existing mechanical support, given that the DM wants to allow it. This answer only discusses the perspective of a player.
