@KyleWilley Hmm, it doesn't say it "uses one" it says it "counts as one of your attacks of opportunity for the round" -- I don't see much wriggle-room. In any case, it's the AoO prompted by spellcasting that's the real problem, and there's no ambiguity there!

I think the question was really only about the chump, so even if you want to keep the rest of your answer, you should move the chump up front. :)

comment One permanency for multiple spells?
"If not, how would it decide which of the spells becomes permanent?" -- the wording is sloppy, but you should probably treat it as target: one spell rather than target: see below.

comment Is this the proper way to generate a magic shop?
Did the tables from Ultimate Equipment not make it into the SRD? I couldn't see them on Paizo's site.

comment Polymorph, HP and constitution damage/drain
@mxyzplk The new CON modifier changes your saves, various endurance related things, and any CON based abilities you have. (The dragon shaman's breath weapon, for instance.)

That 3.0 statement is exactly the sort of thing I'd like to see; I've previously searched for it and been unable to find it.

No offense, but as even you point out, this is a totally generic response! I wanted to know whether WotC had ever said anything specific regarding 3.5. For instance, did the Living Campaigns allow 3.0 or web supplements?

@Zachiel The "polymorph" errata changed everything except the polymorph spell. The idea was to make it possible to simply excise the damn thing from the rules, by removing any references to it in wild shape et al.
