Can items be retrieved from Alchemical Defense Nodes? I appreciate the lesson in etiquette. That sounds very reasonable. Maybe someone disagrees with you! |

How much should characters know about encountered creatures in 4e? Does passive perception come into play here? |

What can Shardminds do instead of sleep? Okay, so 4e decouples sleep and extended rest. For some reason I was missing that before, that was the missing link for me. Thank you for your great answer. |

What can Shardminds do instead of sleep? Other than my question, is there any link between Shardmind's sleeping patterns and the above? Is there a construct-wide ruling? |

What can Shardminds do instead of sleep? @okeefe Do you know the source of that rule? I've been going off hearsay. |

How do I get the PCs to visit scary places at night? Role playing is about become something you aren't. It is essentially consensual non-consent. |

How do I get the PCs to visit scary places at night? @okeefe Their characters may not want horror. The players may want their characters forced into it. Willfully wandering into the woods at night isn't very exciting. |

Is leather and/or hide proficiency sufficient to wear studded leather? In the compendium, the item "studded leather" is listed as "Type: Leather" without mention of prerequisites. How come? |

Is leather and/or hide proficiency sufficient to wear studded leather? Next time I have a question about whether a proficiency covers a certain type of weapon/armor, should I just look at the list of proficiency feats in the compendium and if one exists for that weapon/armor then assume it is needed? I want to make sure I don't need to bother rpg.SE again with a question like this. |
