D&D Hall of Fame:

Singhi's 3.0 campaign - started at 1000 xp, vanished into nothingness at 2995 xp.
Paolo's 3.0 one-shot - too much DMPCing.
Luca's 3.0 campaign - started as a CoDM-PC, made a PC shortly after. Still no level ups.
My 3.0 campaign - aborted three rooms from the end.
Marco's 3.5 7-PCs-campaign - aborted for scheduling problems. Still no level ups.
Marco's intro to RttToEE - gave DMing right to me after 2 sessions. Arbitrary leveling up between those.
My 3.5 Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. TPK'ed at level 8/9.
Marco's 3.5 all manuals campaign - aborted for excessive PC firepower. Guess what.
Marco's 3.5 random characters campaign - aborted after less than 10 minutes of play.
Pier's 4e Keep on the Shadowfell - gave DMing rights to me before I could level.
My 3.5 Expedition to the Demonweb Pits. - Completed!
My 3.0 City of the Spider Queen. - Completed!
My 4e Keep on the Shadowfell. - Completed! Kavu's 3.5 Daemonfey campaign
My 3.5 Expedition to Undermountain - aborted when we got a 4e group again

comment Hide check penalty when under effect of light spell?
Oh, no, I didn't mean that. I meant that Darkstalker only protects you from most ways to auto-spot you (tremorsense, blindsight, blindsense and scent), not from "everything that normally auto-detects a rogue hiding". Not having spells on yourself but only on items enchanted with magic aura, the GM reading arcane sight to be in need of actually seeing the items to see their auras and some item to protect you from telepathy might do the trick and protect you against everything.

The Fix is not working against magic aura detection and thought detection.

One could be concealed by cover and hide behind something, even in bright light. Since there's light, however, the source point is understandable by looking at the illumination radius.

comment Can you get the benefit of Last Legion Officer without spending a healing surge?
I deleted my answer because I'm no more sure about it because of how the feat is worded. Inspiring Word does something if the target spends a surge. Is Last Legion Officer's also referring to the effect (He can spend a surge and gain 1d6 hp and also can choose) or to the power (He can spend a surge and gain 1d6 hp, he also can choose)

The wording "You can activate the eye [...]" might also be a special permission to do that action when it would normally be impossible to do so.

comment Cornugon Smash, Shatter Defenses: how many attacks do I need to activate the combo?
Ah, I didn't want to force the conclusion like that "isn't it" might suggest. I appreciate your attempt at helping.

"if" you hit them yadda yadda can mean "after" or can mean "whenever", isn't it? I say the fluff has the same bad wording.

just a nitpick on the second quote: it should be "Any opponent hit by you this round that is shaken"

You changed the wording, of course it only has one of the meanings now. You changed the words twice! My counterpoint: if they wanted the feat to do that they could have used the wording they used for the other feats. (Neither mine nor yours is a proof, sorry.)

I'm going to ask it in the Paizo boards, yeah. Thanks for the suggestion.

@DuckTapeal I agree with you that the enemy is shaken only after the first hit what I'm not sure is... after the first hit it's already been hit, no? (and I know there is one possible interpretation, which you explained, that tells us it's not enough and you should be hit while shaken. There's just a second interpretation - see my last comment - and I don't know yet why that isn't valid.)
