comment How do I cast a spell that's not on my spell list without spending points in Use Magic Device?
There's a precedent for items allowing you to make knowledge checks untrained (Kraken's bracelet).

comment What does the Ebon Eyes spell do?
There's no clause in the game (save for human logic, which is sometimes alien to D&D) that mandates low level effects have to be worse than high level effects. But in this case, the shorter duration of ebony eyes should be enough to make it weaker than darksigh, even if it did something more.

comment Why would I ever choose rolling hit points?
At the opposite (and maybe a reason for rolling to them) I know players who believe that being allowed to play what you want is just a power fantasy. "How can you have a 20-level build when you don't know which opportunities for prestige classes you will encounter in the game? How can you plan where your hearth will go in advance?" Not knowing if your HD will be good or bad is just another way of having to work with what life gives you.

comment How can a 13th-level wizard get a 17th-level wizard to fail a will save?
I think the biggest problem here is that the corpse does not qualify as a valid target for most of these, but the idea of spamming the helm on him until he fails the save is going to work. Use some spell to detect a specific alignment he had or he would gain and have a way to remove the helm from him if he passes the save. Then, once he's good, he should feel that not uncursing himself again is the right thing to do, provided he knows.

comment What is the optimal way to design a well balanced party
I can guarantee that, as long as they are buffung their to hit and following points 4 and 6 of this guide the party is ok even if uncoordinated. Having "comboes" like a rogue and somebody granting combat advantage easily is definitely a plus (our rogue has two feats to get CA in unusual ways and the Sentinel's companion grants CA against adjacent enemies)

comment How to kill a Boneleaf in D&D 3.5?
I'd just state why the boneleaf is problematic. Is it because it has no stats, and there isn't a clear way to kill it that is described in the books? It sure looks so, and if this is the reason it's not much what a party can do to kill it biut what kills it (so, a list of ways to destroy the world might be a bad answer, but "destroy the world is the only way" might be a good one, if proved that other thingss don't work).

You're trying to get extraordinary wildshape, you clearly have something in mind (which would probably work even with shapechange, but you really want as many nature warrior levels as possible, I guess). What do you plan to wildshape into?

comment A Technical EL Problem in D&D3.5
You said IssamTP's calculations were ok but the automatic calculator gives different results. Hey I Can Chan's answer has why (and points out that the difference grows with levels)

comment A Technical EL Problem in D&D3.5
I can't pinpoint where but there must be something wrong in calculations, since the Encounter Calculator gives different results.
