Challenging pre-made campaign for veteran players but easy on new GMs A word of warning: there are two Tomb of Horrors modules released by WotC for 4E. The hardcover book that spans much of paragon tier in 3 separate adventures. And a remake of the original AD&D ToH that was given as as part of the DM rewards program, and is intended for 9th level characters. |

Making epic combat interesting and challenging but not complicated I think there's a support group for that. But, yeah, rather than going down that route consider having a single encounter wide environment (or one that is easy to see like "all squares on the mat that are difficult terrain") and give it one big effect (perhaps that weakens as enemies are killed) |
