comment Is there a good system for organizing and distributing handouts online?
Google Docs and/or DropBox shared folders would do the trick.

comment Cyborging in Paranoia 25th Anniversary Edition
Two words that will ensure endless fun for the Paranoia GM when a player wants to be a cyborg: "Safety Recall"

comment Most effective means of dealing with lack of players in AD&D 1e?
I would not automatically rule out 2 characters per player. That lets you have a variety in the group and lets you as a GM kill some off without feeling too guilty...

comment How to force a group to choose a leader?
Honestly, I don't think its your place to 'force' them to pick a leader. You might ask them to pick one person to act as a Caller (the player who tells you what the group's actions are), but forcing them into a hierarchy that they may not want is intruding on their role-playing, imo.

comment Can I roll for a PC in secret?
If you're going to make secret rolls just to keep the players paranoid, its also fun to ask them questions like 'where exactly on you do you carry your gold?' after the roll.

I forget how SR handles spells, but can you make them cost more or require higher rolls?

comment How to teach 5 people how to be a DM
If these players you are recruiting already are familar with Pathfinder, why do you think you need to 'teach' them? Precious few GM's were 'taught'. They just need experience, which they aren't going to get in 15 minute increments.

comment How much should NPCs charge to identify magic items?
+1 for whatever the characters can be convinced to pay. After all, would the characters turn down more money for an object they were selling because the book said some other price? Also truth-telling wizard is great. Nice way to turn a curse into profit!

comment Introducing new players to a Campaign
+1, on the other hand, since the new players don't have an attachment to those characters, the GM can guiltlessly kill them off.
