I'm mostly on RPG.stackexchange.com, but also check Sci-Fi/Fantasy and Stackoverflow. I'm currently GMing and/or playing OD&D, AD&D 2e and Stars Without Number campaigns. I use C# (in Unity3d) and Python when writing code.

comment Where can I find a lot of d20 Modern mods?
I feel this isn't a list question as it is asking for the location of a list. However, if I'm wrong, I can delete it.

comment How can I let players make more choices during combat?
@SevenSidedDie Mostly not... to be honest, the creatures they meet are mostly monstrous in nature, and the few that don't immediately try to kill them are always greeted with open arms

@Tynam My players discovered the harm a group of prepared kobolds can do in the most painful way possible >:)

@SevenSidedDie Not at the moment. The lack of henchmen is a function of the (homebrew) setting, though - it's so dangerous in the wilderness that normal people don't enter it.

The "hitting it until it dies" is kinda accurate part of the time. I'm running a sandbox game which means, effectively, the players get to pick the difficulty - they might be level 10 and fight Kobolds, or level 2 and fight dragons. They're currently fighting a little below their level because they're finishing a side-story type thing from a few sessions back.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think a party cleric might be able to? My 3.x experience is limited to D&D Online though, which changed some things. I'm pretty sure though that a +2 int item would eventually be available, which will make anything you put it on that has any Int whatsoever have at least 3 Int.
