Messing with the Wild Die? I believe that some of the 12 to Midnight horror adventures start characters out without a Wild Die, then up it to a d4, then finally to a d6. It's described at the end of this developer's diary, but I don't know if it made it into the final versions. |

Does a tied Trick or Test of Wills go to the attacker or defender? What I usually say is that the situation stays the same in the case of a tie, which is another way of saying that defenders win ties (albeit, without the potentially confusing attacker/defender terminology). |

Does a tied Trick or Test of Wills go to the attacker or defender? Also it should be noted that there is the "Killer Instinct" Combat Edge which makes the individual automatically win any and all opposed rolls that tie (as well as rerolling his skill die if it comes up as a 1). |

Game system recommendation - D20 system like DnD4E but faster level up rate Having run a game where players level up every session (Level 1 to Level 15 or so), I can attest that it does work just fine. The paperwork problem is an issue, as is going through all the new stuff. What we wound up doing was just limiting players to PHB1 (as well as the PHB with their class if they had a new one) in order to prevent players from spending an excessive amount of time looking through everything each week. |

What RPG systems are Designed for a “Traditional” Call of Cthulhu Scenario There seems to be a demand for an answer to this question, given that there are several upvotes. I feel that this meets the guidelines for system recommendation questions, but if others disagree, then it could be closed. |

How can I make PDFs of Character Sheets from the Character Builder? CutePDF (cutepdf.com) is another free alternative that works in the same way that the poster described for that product. |
