Dr. Brian Ballsun-Stanton is a Philosopher, Information Technologist, and Game Theorist exploring the Philosophy of Data. He has a Ph.D in Philosophy from The University of New South Wales in addition to a MS & BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

He has developed a new methodology (The Social Data Flow Network) to explore how individuals in the field understand the nature of data. Currently, his research is exploring the social construction of technology, focusing on the user-driven change of technological tools, in addition to his research of data warehouse ETL strategies for disparate data sets.

Beyond philosophy, Dr. Ballsun-Stanton has experience in haptic research, specifically the use of gesture control of human computer interfaces and an abiding interest in robotics as seen in his flying robotic cable-array manta-ray.

His interests include the academic study of Role-Playing games, the exploration of how science fiction literature transforms reality, and the social consequences of a technological world outpacing society's cultural assimilation of its consequences.

He is a long time gamer, having helped to design the indie game Pax Draconis. He has been running an Ars Magica game for the last 6 years and has extensive experience with indie games and both 3.5 and 4e D&D.

This... seems like an awfully broad question-as-answer. It seems that your question is for a full summary of stealth rules. The 5 questions below seem to be distinct questions that should be asked as such.

Question edited to be less grammatically horrible. Does this low-level erudite have access to the spell-to-power web variant?

Game recommendation is a very specific tag here. Your question is not a gamerec. I've also edited out the "which edition of D&D to use?" part of your question, as that is a separate question. You are welcome to, once you've integrated the advice from this question, ask a new gamerec question about modelling MOBA.

Also, is this something you want your group to collaborate in? or are you looking to do a DM of the Rings infographic dump?

comment Practical aspects of fire immunity
There was discussion that was not designed to improve the answer and was rapidly descending into a "physics or no physics" debate. We've seen them before and they need to be nipped in the bud.

G'day mate. I've marked this as duplicate because it seems to be already answered on this site. If you can sufficiently differentiate it, we may reopen, but look at the other question first.

Unfortunately, we can't really tell what your question is beyond "advice" If you can clarify your question, both in title and in question, you're likely to get much better results.

Craig, is your PC considering something like the Dropsid to give him extra arms, or does he want fractal claws on a normal humanoid?

comment How can I efficiently run a morally challenging campaign?
Yes, though it's more that "it's possible with 4e, so long as the Party is making the moral decisions." (As it was in the extremely dark game I played).
