Why would I hire you? That's a pretty fair comment. Still, there's got to be something for people to do while they survive to fifth level, even if it can't always be honourable, feasible, and profitable. I guess that one of the good GM's skills is matching the height of the mountain to the length of leg of the characters (metaphorically speaking, I mean; Gimli, please put down the axe). |

Why would I hire you? I'm glad you thought the answer useful. I take your point about characters being humans-got-lucky vs. pro. adventurers, which others were kind enough to explore in more depth in comments to my answer at rpg.stackexchange.com/questions/5966/… , if you're interested. I agree with about them being humans-got-lucky, I just don't think that stops them being completely valid professional adventurers. Maybe I'm just a "nurture" person in the nature-vs-nurture debate! |

I'm at a loss with “Dungeons and Dragons.” How does one play it, anyway? fixup for typos and grammar issues - it's such a good answer I hated the derailment those little niggles gave me. I hope it was OK to fix them, |

What would you pick as the “four elements” of mind? That's the Myers-Briggs type indicator; more detail at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator . |

Creating a new character vs taking over an inactive previous character made no sense due to reversal of two words |
