Finding alternatives to rogues in campaigns You didn't quite bold that last line correctly: or who grossly violates the code of conduct. I tend to take grossly as meaning a flagrant, extereme violation of the conduct; though I can also agree with those GM's who allow paladins 144 violations of the code of conduct. Nevertheless I would be shocked at a GM who uses a single lie as an excuse to strip the paladin of their powers. |

Finding alternatives to rogues in campaigns @Cthos Paladin's only lose their powers if they willingly commit an evil act. Lying is not in itself an evil act... and in some situations NOT lying results in an evil act. I should also point out that I said paladin's should use white lies. A white lie is not actually a lie, it is just omitting some information. The paladin is still technically telling the truth. |

Character help: Not just another dumb fighter Added name of feat that makes all skills in-class skills (Able Learner) |

Character help: Not just another dumb fighter I was thinking of the Able Learner feat from Races of Destiny, which makes all skills into in-class skills. It would allow you to get higher ranks in the recommended skills since fighters don't have very many skill points to begin with. |

Where can I find a couple “wife-friendly” adventures? @Total I agree with Seven, when I saw the title I was expecting a question about how to run a game where your wife doesn't feel picked on and/or the other players don't feel as though the storyteller is showing favortism |

What's the easiest way to adjust a module intended for 5 players so that it can accommodate 6 players? Also remember to increase the amount of treasure that is given. If you're using the parcel system, the DMG recommends an additional magical item of level + 2 per level. |

Fair replacement rule for D&D 4e item creation? A problem with reducing the parcel for the next level is that the character creating the magical items may not be sharing them with the rest of the party. It would be unfair to the rest of the party to reduce the treasure for the next level. And if you keep the rest of the party with equipment but lower it for the one player, it becomes obvious reverse discrimination |
