  Assume I can think of a coupleam proficient with the weapon and capable of cases:wielding it.

  1. The weapon has a flat +1/+2/+3 modifier.
  2. The weapon has a flat +1/etc modifier and an additional passive effect, such as a mace of smiting.
  3. The weapon has a flat +1/etc modifier and has an additional active effect, such as a dagger of venom, but does not require attunement
  4. The weapon requires attunement.
  5. The weapon has a flat +1/etc modifier and requires attunement.
