You could also just build a wooden floor over the teleportation circle.That wouldn't even set off the 'If it is occupied' condition...because you can still appear within 5' of the Circle. | |

Using it intentionally to force a creature to appear in a different room from the circle itself seems against the intent of the spell. I can't deny that it seems compatible with RAW, but it's definitely something a player should clear with their DM before attempting to use in a game. | |
