Does the Stone's Edge feature for the UA Stone Sorcerer work with cantrips?

At 14th Levellevel, Stone Sorcerer'sSorcerers (from Unearthed Arcana: Sorcerer) get the ability Stone's Edge feature, which states:

When youyou cast a spell that deals damagea spell that deals damage, choose oneone creature damageddamaged by that spell on thethat spell on the round youyou cast itit.

Does this work with cantrips, or is it exclusive to 'leveled' spells only? Also, if I use booming bladebooming blade and thunderous smitethunderous smite in one attack, does the Stone's Edge ability stack?
