D&D4E works so, so much better when you have the players tell you what the heck they want so you can build it into treasure parcels/make it available in stores. Even outside D&D, it's a really good idea for any game where the scope of things a player might buy/want is really broad. Letting the GM know what you want lets him be prepared, which means less time spent playing Pawn Stars and more time spent heroing. | |
