Dragon racial casting gets access to cleric spells (well, with a bit of extrapolation; @KRyan is correct that the wording isn't technically sufficient, but the intent of the base ability is clear—dragons get cleric spells with their racial sorcerer casting—even if the edge cases are less clear). A Wyrmling has no casting, and therefore takes a normal level of sorcerer (with no cleric spell access). What's tricky is what happens when that wyrmling then grows up. I've no idea what happens then.

I would point to the SRD entry on Associated Class Levels, which states, "A spellcasting class is an associated class for a creature that already has the ability to cast spells as a character of the class in question, since the monster’s levels in the spellcasting class stack with its innate spellcasting ability." If the dragon is of an age category to have innate sorcererous spellcasting, taking levels of sorcerer would improve its innate ability. I find this aspect confusing.
