Does the ranger feature Land's Stride Ranger vs Centaurnegate the movement debuff from the centaur's Equine Build trait?

The Equine Build racial featuresecond part of the Centaurcentaur's Equine Build racial trait says (MP:MotM, p. 9):

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push or drag. In addition, any climb that requires hands and feet is especially difficult for you because of your equine legs. When you make such a climb, each foot of movement costs you 4 extra feet, instead of the normal 1 extra foot.

Can being a ranger completely negate this debuff? The Land's Stride class feature sounds like it could, but imI'm unsure.
